2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted as a static site with our web hosting provider. When you access it, the provider automatically collects technically necessary data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type). This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
4. Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company, budget and your message) to handle your request. Delivery is handled via the Web3Forms service (Backpack Lab). Your data is transmitted to the provider and forwarded to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Scheduling (Calendly)
For online appointment booking we use the Calendly service provided by Calendly LLC (USA). When you book an appointment, the necessary data (e.g. name, email, preferred time) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly; this may involve a transfer to the USA. Calendly may also set its own cookies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 6. Fonts
This website embeds fonts locally (self-hosting via next/font). No data is transferred to third parties (e.g. Google Fonts).
7. Cookies & local storage
The website itself sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored solely locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us. Embedded services such as Calendly may set their own cookies when loaded.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
